Subscriptions are always open! Sign up between the 21st to the 20th of the following month to receive that month's envelope. Because shipping times take so long, I plan my issues 2 months ahead so you get a “timely” message whenever it does arrive.

Envelopes ship from Cozumel on the 1st of every month via Correos de México. I can’t guarantee an exact time frame, but based on past envelopes, addresses within Mexico will receive theirs in about 2 weeks. International delivery takes 6-8 weeks; European deliveries seem to arrive faster than US deliveries. Just remember- only the first envelope will be a long wait. Once you receive your forst one, you should receive them once a month! But it’s ok, right?… slow mail is part of the charm! :)

Absolutely! If you're local to Cozumel, you can pick up your envelope at Aqui + Ahora Punta Langosta instead of having it mailed. (Look for the black mailbox!) You’ll receive an email letting you know your mail has arrived, so you can stop by, grab a coffee, and check out your mail!

Yes! Gift subscriptions make the best kind of surprise. Choose from 3, 6, or 12 months, and enter their address. Your recipient will get a little piece of Cozumel in their mailbox every month

Honestly, international mail is an adventure and occasionally things go sideways. If your envelope doesn't arrive within 9 weeks of the ship date, reach out at hello@messageinabottlemx.com and I’ll send you another one. (I ship on the 1st of every month.)

Yep. You can cancel your subscription anytime before the 20th of the month and you won't be charged again. Cancellations after the 20th will take effect the following month since your envelope would alreay be in production.
